1. General information
The following general terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all orders made by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") of products via www.simrig.se through SIMRIG's website.
In order to make a purchase on SIMRIG's website you must accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions in full and agree that you have read the information about personal data.
References in the Terms and Conditions to "SIMRIG" or "we" are to SIMRIG AB, org. no. 559172-3936. The company is based in Lindome. The company's address is Torkelsbohögsvägen 11.

2. Order
In order to make a purchase on SIMRIG's website you must be 18 years or older.
An order confirmation will be sent to your email address when you complete an order. The purchase contract is made when we confirm the order through an order confirmation. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If your package arrives at a pick up point a notification will be sent to you by email or SMS. As customer you are responsible for ensuring that the entered phone number, address, and e-mail address are correct. If you do not pick up your package you will be charged for the return.
4. Prices
All prices on the website are stated in EUR and include VAT.
The total cost of the purchase will be evident before placing the order and will include all costs associated with the purchase including postage and shipping costs.
We reserve the right to adjust the price of our products at any time. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.
5. Payment options
We use Stripe and its integrated payment methods for secure payments. Available payment methods may include cards, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA transfers and other options depending on your location.
6. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a consumer have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
6.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement by email to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We recommend that the goods are returned well packaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
6.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
6.3 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
- Services that have been fully performed where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost

7. Legal Guarantee and Commercial Guarantee
7.1 Statutory Legal Guarantee (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you are entitled to statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Under EU law, you have a minimum two-year legal guarantee covering lack of conformity of the product from the date of delivery.
This legal guarantee is provided by the seller and applies free of charge. It is not affected by any commercial guarantee described below.
Under the legal guarantee, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
7.2 3-Year Commercial Guarantee (Personal Use Only)
In addition to your statutory rights, SIMRIG provides a voluntary 3-year commercial guarantee from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use.
If a product proves defective within this period, SIMRIG will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product.
This commercial guarantee:
- Does not affect your statutory rights
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Applies only to personal (non-commercial) use
- Does not extend or renew upon repair or replacement
The commercial guarantee does not cover:
- Improper storage, installation, use or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, impact or misuse
- Damage caused by external factors such as lightning, voltage irregularities, or other events beyond our control
- Products used outdoors or in damp environments unless explicitly stated as suitable
- Commercial use

7.3 Exclusions and Limitations
The commercial guarantee shall not apply if the product has been modified, misused, or handled contrary to instructions.
The commercial guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and does not apply to resold products. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
7.4 How to Proceed with a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under either the legal guarantee or the commercial guarantee, you must notify SIMRIG at and provide:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Order number
- Description of the defect
You must contact us and receive approval before returning a product.
Once approved, the product should be returned within thirty (30) days unless otherwise agreed. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for return shipping. The product must be properly packaged, preferably in original packaging.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the product is not defective or if the return deadline is exceeded.
For consumer disputes in Sweden, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
We is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other similar losses arising out of the use of the product, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fire, natural disasters, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers, or similar events.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Product information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain difference in color may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always make our best effort to show the products as accurately as possible.
10. Cookies and tracking
This site uses three categories of cookies and similar technologies. Under EU rules we ask for your consent before storing anything that is not strictly necessary, and you can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the Cookie preferences panel at the bottom of this page.
Strictly necessary — Required for the site to function, including secure checkout. These are set without consent. During checkout, Stripe sets short-lived cookies for fraud prevention and session continuity (see §11.4.1).
Analytics (consent required) — We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure aggregate site usage so we can keep improving the site. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. No analytics scripts load and no Google cookies are set until you accept; if you reject or have not yet decided, no data is sent. See §11.4.4 below.
Affiliate tracking (consent required) — If you arrive via a partner link (e.g. ?affiliate=...), we store the partner identifier in your browser's localStorage for up to 30 days, but only with your consent.

11. Personal data
By shopping at SIMRIG AB you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We safeguard your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal basis.
SIMRIG AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to handle your order and in the occasions when you have wanted newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.
Below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.
11.1 What is a personal information?
A personal information is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person.
11.2 What information do we store?
To handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service) we store your first name and surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
Personal data relating to purchases is stored for as long as required under applicable accounting legislation. Marketing data is stored until consent is withdrawn.
11.3 Legal basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions and similar mailings are made after your consent.
11.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
11.4.1 Payment provider
When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is the first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The information is saved in order to carry out the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) that we use are: Stripe.
11.4.2 Freight companies
In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, surname and address information for delivery. E-mail address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we work with are: PostNord, DHL and UPS.
11.4.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter supplier. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use MailChimp to send out newsletters.
11.4.4 Analytics provider
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand how visitors use simrig.se in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymised before being stored. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing or personalisation, and we have not enabled Google Signals. Some processing may take place on Google servers outside the EU; Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.

11.5 The right to access
You have the right to get extracts of all the information that is about you from us and will, upon request be delivered electronically in a readable format.
11.6 Right to correction
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is defective.
11.7 The right to be forgotten
You may at any time request that the information relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as if it is to be retained because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
11.8 Responsible for data protection
SIMRIG AB is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the online store and ensuring that the rules are followed.
11.9 We will protect your personal information
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal information and passwords.
12. Changes to the Terms and conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
13. Dispute and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement between the SIMRIG and the customer, you, as a customer, can contact the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN). For residents of another EU country than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for mediation in disputes.
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also enjoy the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable or considered in breach of our obligations when delays of agreements/commitments are caused by the event of war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably be foreseen.
