New code signing certificate

Windows Defender SmartScreen now approves of our installer.

We are using a new code signing certificate issued by Microsoft. This allows Windows Defender SmartScreen to recognize and trust our program. Running the installer no longer shows a scary "Windows protected your PC" message. Instead, the installer starts without fuss.

Windows protected your PC. Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting.
This message no longer shows up when running the installer.

You will notice this improvement when installing SIMRIG Control Center for the first time.
