The serial number is located on the ECU box. There should be a label similar to this:
| SIMRIG SR1 | SIMRIG AB |
| SN: XXXXXXXXX | SWEDEN |
The serial number is located in the bottom left corner (XXXXXXXXX in the example above.)
On older systems (prior to September 2020) the serial number is located inside the box. See the white label in the top right corner, under the lid.
